2. Access conditions
Access to the platform requires creating a user account. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum age — registration is restricted to persons aged 13 or older. For students under 16, parental or legal guardian consent is required in accordance with the GDPR.
- Teacher accounts — created by the teacher or by a school administrator.
- Student accounts — created by the teacher or by the student with parental approval if a minor.
- Family accounts — allow parents to track their children's progress and manage consents.
Users commit to providing accurate information during registration and to maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Intellectual property
Intellectual property on the platform is distributed as follows:
- EduGame Platform — the source code, design, algorithms, and EduGame brand are the exclusive property of the publisher.
- Generated exams — AI-generated exam content is made available to the teacher under a non-exclusive license for use in their educational activities. Teachers may freely use, modify, and distribute generated exams to their students.
- Educational content — content created or imported by the teacher (documents, courses, resources) remains their full property.
4. Responsibilities

- AI Generation — exams are generated by artificial intelligence (Gemini). While the platform aims for a high level of pedagogical quality, the teacher remains responsible for verifying and validating content before use with students.
- Availability — EduGame strives to maintain the service accessible 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or technical outages may occur.
- Academic results — EduGame is a pedagogical support tool. The platform does not guarantee any specific academic results.

- From their account settings, by requesting data deletion in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).
